Jay K. Teare, AACI, P.App
Owner / Founder
REVD Consulting is a newly established passion project initiated by our founder, Jay. A seasoned real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience in both the private and public sectors, Jay brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Residing in Sidney, British Columbia, Jay is a proud husband and father. He is deeply appreciative of the unwavering support of his family, without whom REVD would not exist.
He is a gifted strategist, adept at navigating the intricacies of real estate from planning to implementation. His comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial real estate on Vancouver Island, coupled with a broad network of industry professionals, gets results.
Jay’s professional background includes roles with the Province of British Columbia, Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals, and BC Assessment. Trained through a Bachelor of Commerce and a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation, he also holds an AACI P.App designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is also currently pursuing a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) through the University of British Columbia.
Recognized for his collaborative spirit, analytical precision, and commitment to integrity, Jay is thrilled for this new chapter of his professional journey.
